How to Use the Calendar
Scrolling View (Best for Most People)
The calendar opens in a scrolling view, which shows upcoming events in date order. This is the best option for mobile devices and for quickly seeing what’s coming up next — just scroll down to explore future events.
Change the View
At the top of the calendar, you’ll see buttons that let you change how events are displayed. Click any button to switch views and choose what works best for you.
- Scrolling view – continuous list of upcoming events
- Monthly view – see events laid out by month
- List view – view events in a simple list format
FILTER EVENTS BY TYPE
Looking for Something Specific?
You can filter the calendar to show only certain types of events, such as:
- Monthly Meetings
- Workshops
- Quilting Bees
- Retreats
- Quilt Show events
- Community & Outreach activities
Use the filter options to narrow the calendar to just what you’re interested in.
EVENT DETAILS
Click Any Event for More Information
Select an event on the calendar to see:
- Date and time
- Location (or online details)
- Description and requirements
- Registration information, if needed
Some events may be open to everyone, while others are for members only.
SUBSCRIBE TO THE CALENDAR
Never Miss an Event
You can subscribe to our calendar and have events appear automatically on your personal calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook, etc.).
Once subscribed:
- New events are added automatically
- Date or time changes update for you
- You’ll always have the latest information
➡️ Look for the Subscribe option on the calendar to add it to your device.
